Ding, Ding, Ding! Weighing in at 16 lbs, with a length of 27 inches: ASHTYN FAITH ELLISON! My little chubbers had a great check up! Although she did get some meds for allergies. She has had a runny nose, a cough, and now wheezing. Her Dr. did not have any concerns, but this momma did! Ashtyn has a white bump on her bottom jaw where her tongue connects to her mouth. It doesn't bother her, at least when I touch it, she doesn't flinch. Sometimes it feels bigger than the last (i think sometimes that is in my head), but he said it is a gland that is irritated, and will go away. PHEW! Next up, I asked about her veggie eating. This girl is one smart cookie. She does not like them! She pushes me hand away and makes a gagging face:
This is with all veggies except for carrots and occasionally sweet potatoes. He wasn't concerned in that she still drinks her formula and she is getting the nutrients from that. However my concern was after the formula. He suggested that I make them homemade (yeah right) and he also suggested just to keep trying them. If any of you have any other suggestions, I am all for it. She then received her 3 shots, and took them like the champ she is!
After our morning at the Dr., we went to talk to my Dr. about the confirmation of the Essure procedure I had a few months ago. More info on that later! Then it was lunch and some other errands with my sweet mom! I even took a nap in my old house and nothing beats that!
